Price with promotion (otherwise the hotel is not worth the displayed price) and kindness of the staff
Hotel poorly maintained for common areas... maybe the reason why I only encountered 2 families of guests even though the hotel has a lot of rooms. Breakfast not recommended.

The room is clean but seems lacking in maintenance. Especially the bathroom is very dirty.

Beautiful location, easy to get around with Grab and scooter. Breakfast was fine.
Unfortunately, due to the corona, the hotel is a bit neglected and certain things they could no longer offer. Such as Laundry service. I hope they can find an investor to restore this hotel to its former glory because it could be beautiful.
