People were friendly and helpful. The a/c worked well albeit a little noisy. Quite dated room, mattress was not too firm for me but some may like that. There was no coffee nor tea despite having a kettle. There was mold on ceiling and maybe in the very dated shower. The area is ok but crossing the very busy street can be a bit scary for a westerner.

It's next to Location Block M Plaza. Also, there are many restaurants around and ramen restaurant is near 24 hours. The front female employee is a little chic. Still, I stay very comfortable.

It is located right next to Block M Plaza. The room condition is average, but the convenience is good. Especially having a terrace was nice for smokers, but it's a pity that the wifi is unstable. There are many dining options nearby and many Japanese restaurants across the street.

I often use it for business trips. It is close to Block M and the MRT station is also very close. The room is spacious for the price, which I like. However, it's better not to expect breakfast, and the internet is slow. Recommended for those who want to keep the cost low for 1 or 2 night business trips.
