Good breakfast and location.
We paid for a room with a TV and a fridge, but after we paid, we were given a room without these facilities. The explanation was that it was the only room available. However, there was no consideration or adjustment for the price difference. I feel disappointed and frustrated about this experience. I think the hotel needs to improve its organization and procedures to provide better service and ensure that customers receive what they paid for.

Lovely staff.
Old rocking toilet overpowering room scent to cover mold issues, air conditioning poured water (fixed quickly), old mold-marked pillows, stained sheets but clean.
