Mold on the walls. Leaking roof. Missing door handle. Dirty toilet. No toilet paper. Hard mattress. Air conditioning that cannot be adjusted. Lucky it was only for one night. Really disappointing for the high price paid for Indonesia

Fantastic staff who helped with everything we needed and were always happy and friendly. Spacious rooms with AC and a small private veranda. Not very well cleaned, but they fix it if you tell them. Just have to add that the beach referred to as nearby is not the one people hang out on, otherwise a great location.

Great place to stay to sample the simple beach life of Lombok. The bungalows are arranged in a small circle around a swimming pool. Equipped with a fridge, AC, and a small TV. Plenty of dining and drinking options like the surfers bar or many bars and restaurants on and off the beach. A good place to stay for the affordable price. Short trip from the airport.

We had booked 3 nights at Kuta Cove hotel ... and never saw it! Oh, except for the reception. Upon arrival, we were informed that the reserved room was not actually available and that the hotel was full, but a room in a nearby hotel was waiting for us. We were taken to Kutamara hotel, 200 meters away, and stayed in a room that was not finished (painting and masonry work apparently in progress), with absolutely no furniture except the bed, not cleaned from the previous stay, and with dirty sheets. In short, a real SCANDAL considering the price paid.
