Pools nice, location great.
The property is a little bit run down, the location though, was very good. The kids had a great time in the pool, wifi was not consistent.

“Misleading photos, poor cleanliness, and not worth the price.”
Pool is bigger than others.
When I arrived at the hotel, it was very different from the photos shown on Booking.com. The property was old, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned. There were even hairs on the floor, which made the cleanliness of the room very concerning. The toilet and bathroom were directly exposed to the outside, with no door separating them, which was not what I expected based on the listing. I left the hotel within 30 minutes of arriving and booked another hotel instead, which was actually less than half the price. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I will also upload photos to show the actual condition of the property.

“Not as it seemed. Disappointing.”
The staff were really lovely. One staff member stayed until 2am when we arrived due to a delayed flight and the same guy was there for check out at 4.30am. That was really appreciated. The bed was old, but comfortable enough and the pool was well maintained. The location was good if you don't want to stay near the hustle and bustle of Kuta/Legian. The aircon was pretty good after a hot day out. The water dispenser was nice to have as well. Cold and boiling water on demand.
This is not a 5 star villa. It'd struggle for a 3 at the moment I think. The owners need to do some serious updating of the place, and the pictures on the site are obviously very, very old. The walls are dirty and wall paper is coming off the walls. The power to the bedside outlets was tripping every couple of days resulting in phones not being charged. There are gaps between the sliding glass doors allowing mosquitoes to get inside pretty easily. They do offer an "afternoon service" where they spray the rooms and set up mozzie coils outside, but I'm not a fan of sprays, so I turned it down when she called every day. Although they did do it anyway when we weren't at the villa in the afternoon. The tv, although new, was very small and the set top box didn't work. So no watching tv if that's your thing. Wi-fi was ok although it did drop out a few times and was quite slow at times. The toilet needed a few flushes to do its job, even though toilet paper was not flushed. Speaking of toilet paper, we had to request more about three days in as it wasn't refilled and I didn't want to ask again on the last day, so we just used tissues until we left. Perhaps the double story villas are better maintained than the one bedroom, and looking at some of the positive reviews, that may be the case. We were just very disappointed and next time I'll be more thorough reading reviews online. Some serious renovations need to be done on this property and the pictures need to be updated to reflect the reality of the villa's cleanliness.
