“Wonderful, thanks to the hard work of the hotel staff.”
While booking, it said "very good breakfast", and indeed the breakfast was very good. The location was convenient for me, the hotel itself was very pretty, and I loved the view from my 17th-floor room. But the best part was the staff, super kind and attentive, I think their hard work made my stay great. Terima kasih!
I had a few toiletries missing at first, and the phone didn't work when I tried to order room service, but other than those minor things, I have nothing bad to say, I really enjoyed my stay and want to go there again :)

“Fine, friendly, and welcoming. And a lovely bed to relax in.”
We traveled with the family to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. They had cute swan towels made on our bed and a sweet message written on the mirror. It was a beautiful room on a high floor, so nice view. Helped well in finding a restaurant later in the evening. The breakfast was nice because there was yogurt. We really felt like having it after a few days of rice or toast.
