“Poor hygiene conditions”

Really poor hygiene conditions. Upon our arrival, we had to report it immediately, not being usually picky people, but the level of dirt was really excessive. The staff intervened immediately to clean but despite the intervention, the room remained dirty and below the hygiene standards one would expect (clearly they only clean certain things, but not the rest and not for a long time). The outdoor shower had very little water (still hot)
