The best thing about the hotel is that it is right on the beach and almost feels like a private beach. That's why there are no vendors.

The property manager never spoke to me in person regarding my room. Even when I contacted a third party to reach out to the hotel manager, they still couldn't get in touch with the hotel manager about my issue.

“Good location, poor service”
Hotel with a lovely location by the water and a beautiful sunset, but the service level could use a refresh. Our hotel rooms both lacked towels, the rooms were not ready when we arrived after check-in time, and both toilets were malfunctioning on and off, leaking water. The beds were large and comfortable to sleep in.

Too much deferred maintenance. Clean but in need of maintenance and upgrades. They would not provide us with a second key to the room. The key needs to be in the room to keep the AC on. No power outlets in the bathroom or near the bed.
