Nice hotel in Ubud. Beautiful room, if you don't close the windows, many mosquitoes can come in. Really excellent breakfast

Very good location close to the city center accessible on foot through pretty pedestrian streets. Located on a quiet street with no car traffic, with restaurants, cafes, travel agencies, taxi station, and mini mart. Beautiful private villa with a nice and large garden. Large private pool, functional and clean. Helpful and attentive staff. Very interesting price. Good breakfast included. 10% discount at the hotel restaurant.
Major renovations in the residence during our stay. The villa is clearly in a state of disrepair: leaking air conditioning, window without glass, only one functional bathroom out of two. Furniture often very damaged, unequipped kitchen. Not all doors lock and the rooms are damp. For these reasons, we could only use half of the villa. Hence the price.
