In the three days we were there, they ran out of beer, eggs, tomatoes, coffee, we had no water for an entire day. Our toilet didn t flush, our towels were always dirty and the entire place is lack luster amd completely falling apart. None of the pictures are current. Save your money. The staff tried but were frustrated.

The structure is in a very beautiful location, with the beach in front and you can see beautiful sunsets, but also the sunrise! also very close to the restaurant/bar area. The structure, however, absolutely needs renovation and maintenance... the common areas are falling apart. There are cute bungalows and others in terrible condition. The first night we were unfortunately forced to stay in one of these horrible bungalows because ours was not available (probably overbooking) and they still made us pay half the price for the night, and it wasn't even worth a quarter! The staff is partly very kind and helpful, but some really don't know how to do their job (practically only one guy did everything at the bar, the others didn't even know how to give change).

We spent 4 nights at Hotel Gili Air and Restaurant. The hotel is very well located, on a beautiful beach. However, I think it has not yet fully recovered from the earthquake it experienced last year because the overall condition is quite damaged. The garden, which could be superb, is neglected. It's a shame because the hotel could be great. The staff is friendly.
