Generally praised as spotless and well kept in multiple reviews; a few isolated mentions of ice-related stomach concern and an unpleasant bathroom odour in one room.
Repeatedly described as friendly, attentive and helpful; staff praised for welcoming attitude and good service both at reception and on the beach.
Consistently highlighted as excellent: beachfront, private beach area, close to the harbour and restaurants, quiet part of the island while still convenient.
Mixed comments — rooms are lovely and well equipped in some reviews but several note dated decor, hard mattresses, an 'Art Room' feeling empty and occasional unpleasant smells.
Strong positives for the beach, swimming pool, pool/bar and new beach eating area; facilities described as very nice and enjoyable.
No major complaints about value; overall experience, location and service suggest good perceived value though price was not frequently mentioned explicitly.
Breakfast is praised (à la carte, nice beach breakfasts) and the on-site restaurant is liked, but some guests note limited breakfast variety over longer stays and one possible ice-related illness.
Overwhelmingly positive overall — guests describe a lovely, highly recommended stay with great location, friendly staff and pleasant facilities.

Great location as it’s just down from the busy bars on the east side of the island so there was no noise in the evenings. We used the hotel bikes to get around and it’s not far to the beach clubs on the west side to catch the sunset. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room (Art Suit) was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We would have no reservations staying again.

The breakfast was top-notch, very extensive with always an extra coffee bun or cinnamon bun. The staff is very friendly and service-oriented. The beach is also delightful, right in front of the hotel and always enough space.
The bed was on the hard side. The rented bikes were of lesser quality.
