Mostly praised across reviews (clean rooms, well-kept) but some comments note inconsistent housekeeping and occasional cigarette smell, so minor deductions for variability.
Consistently highlighted as a strong point: friendly, helpful and attentive staff, exceptional customer service and smooth check-in/out experiences.
Repeatedly noted as a great, central and strategic location with easy access to transport (Grab/taxis) and many dining options nearby.
Rooms described as spacious and comfortable but some maintenance issues reported (AC not cold/noisy, TV signal problems, loose power outlet) leading to a slightly reduced score.
Good amenities such as a large pool, breakfast offerings, parking and event facilities. Pool sometimes in shade/unappealing and event usage can affect atmosphere.
Generally seen as good value for family/business stays, but some guests found the on-site breakfast expensive relative to room price, slightly lowering perceived value.
Breakfast repeatedly praised for variety and quality; on-site restaurant generally good. Occasional crowding at breakfast and limited dinner options noted by a few guests.
Overall very positive experience driven by location, service and breakfast quality; minor issues (housekeeping consistency, room maintenance, occasional smells) tempered an otherwise strong stay.

Good position, also close to streets with lots of restaurants. Room kind of small for 3 people, but still ok. Extremely varied breakfast.
Swimming pool not exactly appealing, as you have to cross the dining hall to reach it, but you do not go to Yogyakarta for the pool, so ...

Nothing in particular struck me, perhaps the breakfast was quite varied.
Tiny pool and closed at 6 pm. Long wait at the restaurant even though we were literally the only ones there and we ordered the same dish, which arrived cold after over 40 minutes of waiting. Smell in the room of something I don't know. Megaphone with prayers outside the room (I respect every religion, of course) but a megaphone outside the door that at 4 in the morning has the volume very high for the prayer.

The buffet breakfast, one of the most complete I have ever seen! And the staff, very friendly.
It was summer and the bedding is a very wintery duvet. A single sheet would be enough and would help to sleep better. The air conditioning in the dining room is too strong in some areas.
