The location. The restaurant downstairs. The bed.
It used to be well-maintained and cleaner. Felt exclusive back then. Recently, sad to see it has dropped in its standards. Hope to see the improvement in the future. I truly enjoy staying with ViVa Dash as it has always been my first choice in Seminyak.

The staff were exceptionally warm, kind, and eager to assist with anything I needed. On top of great service, the hotel is perfectly situated right in the center of the action
Room hygiene unfortunately fell well short of standard expectations. An ongoing issue with ants around the toilet and sink was brought to reception's attention but remained unresolved. Furthermore, daily housekeeping was incomplete - linen and towels weren't changed daily, the toilet and shower area weren't scrubbed properly, a heavily rusted shower head, and noticeable thick dust buildup under the bed and on clothes hangers.
