Staff was kind, owner was very helpful and accomodating (we arrived several hours early without giving prior warning). The best part of Arca is the tranquility considering how close you are to the hustle of Legian! It felt like an oasis!

Hotel tucked away of busy streets giving a more peaceful feel in a otherwise busy place . Hotel lacks maintenance such as blocked drains low water pressure. Nice pool but no shade provided Could be a really nice place with some care and attention to detail.
