Guests report the property is kept clean and villas are well maintained despite high jungle humidity.
Consistently praised — Adi and the team are described as attentive, helpful, went beyond expectations (luggage, shopping, friendly staff).
Stunning jungle and rice-terrace setting with excellent views and tranquillity; remote location (beautiful but a bit adventurous/less suitable for elderly).
Rooms/villas are well maintained, with attractive suites and lanai, but high humidity and jungle conditions can affect comfort.
Strong amenities noted — well-maintained pools (including infinity pool), spa treatments (massage, scrub) and relaxing public areas.
Not explicitly discussed in reviews; assigned target overall rating.
Breakfasts and food described as very good and fresh; restaurant is simple and efficient rather than gourmet.
Overall very positive — described as magical, tranquil and restorative; few minor caveats (bugs, accessibility for elderly).

The magnificent landscape. The extraordinary pool. The friendly staff. The top flower bath. The hearty breakfast. Top masseuse but very expensive compared to market prices
Some services do not meet the standards of the establishment. The establishment is very expensive compared to the services. When paying a certain price (very high compared to the competition), one expects certain services such as meals and room cleaning. Very few choices on the menu and frankly not good and expensive. Stained sheets and bed made every day but the floor not cleaned and I think it has been like this for a few days.

Better than just hanging gardens! Right in the jungle and amidst idyllic rice fields. Pure nature - no TV! - but plenty of relaxing spots, streams with Kois and Catfish (Wels)... even the extremely rare Horsefield 'squirrel' can be observed with good knowledge of animals! Wonderful! Excellent food whether breakfast, lunch, dinner and very nice red and white wines! You will close it to your heart for your time there! The pool water is spring water and wonderfully clean and refreshing!
