beautiful and spacious room -- great pool .. very kind staff, but communication in English was at least difficult -- I stayed for a total of 5 nights, but no one ever came to clean the room or even offered to change the towel...

Hotel seemed great at the start with 2 beautiful wooden dining settings but no restaurant to appreciate them. We had two rooms, only one TV worked between both rooms due to cabling, didn't get our water every day, had to ask for toilet paper, shower jets smelled like sewer water when turned on. The same room where the TV didn't work had a cold-warm shower, very weak Wi-Fi. Staff seemed a bit lazy in the cleaning area. A lovely hotel with beautiful lead lights and furniture but needs a bit of TLC to make it shine.

On our arrival, the young men who met us couldn't speak or understand English very well, therefore a three-way conversation via telephone was conducted. However, they were extremely friendly and helpful. If we requested anything, they were very obliging, but we did have to remind them on several occasions to empty the bin in the room, change the towels, and provide our complimentary water. The room was adequate. We attempted to organize breakfast, but again it was too difficult with the language barrier. The location is not the best, too far from Jimbaran to walk.
