Position is perfect. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Plenty of choices for coffee and food nearby. The hotel has their own street stall set up with outdoor seating. The room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable. Also quiet surroundings.
The bathroom had a mold issue that needs addressing. The bathroom door was also rotted in the bottom half that needs repairing. There were cracked floor tiles and lifting tiles in the room. Wouldn't take much time to fix all the above.

“Excellent value for money”
The bed was very comfortable, room and staff. They have beer which may seem trivial but it's not. They clean the rooms every day.
Bathroom maintenance is lacking but it was clean, for the price of the night it's great.

The receptionist was always smiling. It's good for those going to the airport by train because the station is close.
There was a smell in the shower, washbasin, and toilet. The drainage was not good and it was unpleasant.
