In general, the service at Hotel Ameera boutique is good, our room is on the 3rd floor and to get there there is no elevator only stairs. The bathroom on the 3rd floor is clean and quite spacious. To walk to Malioboro is very close and in front of the hotel and around there are many food options so it is not difficult to get food. The parking lot is quite spacious.

We stayed in room 304 (damp room, water seepage on the floor) and room 312 (damp room, narrow twin share room. Breakfast is not tasty, only white rice, scrambled eggs, tempeh, and fruit. Hotel parking is insufficient compared to the number of rooms, we did not get parking when returning to the hotel at 9 pm, and the security had a hard time finding parking for us, negotiating here and there with other hotel owners, and the only available parking was an empty field 600 m away from the hotel. Regarding the leaking room, we complained at check-out time, although we waited a long time for the hotel manager to come. However, we have not received any compensation until now. With a price of 750 thousand per night for a deluxe room, it seems that the price does not match the facilities and services. The only good things about this hotel are: good location (2 minutes to Malioboro, 5 minutes to the station), easy to find food outside, close to a mini market/ATM. This hotel is not equipped with an elevator, so you have to go back and forth to the 3rd floor using the stairs.
