“If you go with children, it's better not to”
The master bedroom and the single one
Cleanliness is lacking. From the first day, the kitchen was very dirty (aside from the dust from the construction outside), to the point of not feeling comfortable to cook. In addition, the equipment is insufficient: there is no microwave or toaster, and they didn't even leave a cloth to clean the kitchen or the table. In the bathroom, there were brown stains on the tiles and they didn't leave a hand towel or shower mat (it took two days to bring it, and only because I asked for it). The maintenance is just as bad: the chairs squeak a lot and the door doesn't close properly, you have to use a lot of force to fit it in. (that's why they asked us to make less noise... that's impossible!) They offered to cancel the stay upon arrival, but we were already settled in the accommodation, with the suitcases unpacked and traveling with 3 children. Finding another place last minute with the exorbitant prices that were around was not a real option. They should have checked, cleaned thoroughly, and equipped the apartment before our arrival.
