In general terms, the stay was good. The room is comfortable and clean, the breakfast is varied. The staff is kind and helpful, but they need better training in English. I requested dinner in the room and ended up receiving a different dish than what I had ordered. I believe the receptionist did not understand my request correctly.

I booked a deluxe room but it was dirty, bathroom with stains that could be blood, sofa upholstery dirty as if stained with urine or something large, poor quality hotel, poor restaurant, it is not clear if under renovation or if a bomb had exploded. I do not recommend

Staff at the front desk were nice and even let me check in early which was very much appreciated after a long two days of travel!! The massage I received in my room however was terrible, the masseuse was definitely not properly trained. I almost feel as though I felt worse after the massage than before - not worth the value. The bed linen had tiny little black hairs on the outside of the duvet, I didn’t want to look under because I needed sleep and didn’t want to think about it. The room was clean otherwise, and the amenities were nice — however I did see two roaches running about the room. One disappeared into a crack in the floor baseboard before I could kill it. Overall decent room for the rate. I would stay here again, just with different expectations. The food was good, but I had to go with my third choice because they were out of my first two requests.
