Access is okay, spacious room, hot water available, cold AC, TV on, spacious swimming pool, delicious breakfast with many choices that children like
Please check the hairdryer socket in room 1730, it seems loose and left unchecked, the wifi is terribly slow, suggest creating a separate wifi for guests per floor to avoid slowness

The Rich Hotel is slightly outside the city center. It is a very large hotel used for hosting conferences. Rooms are in two blocks, a tower block and a low-rise block beside the pool. Rooms are large and comfortable. All come with a refrigerator as well as a kettle. Good bathroom and shower. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with the choice of sitting inside or on the terrace. There is a bar with bar food in the foyer. The hotel adjoins a big shopping center where there is also a choice of eateries as well as a supermarket in the basement. Although a ride from the station, it is near the bus station.

The Rich Hotel was the place selected for a large group of Hashers from around the world for at least 4 days. I am still at Rich Hotel traveling back on Thursday. My room was 805. Super friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was very disappointing. Most meals had sugar or were full of oil. No variety. Yogyakarta's favorite dish, Gudeg, was only served once. Very disappointing spread. The rooftop pool was under construction

It was very nice and the staff at the Hotel did an excellent job in all respects.
Not our typical food, but then I’m from the USA and I typically don’t like the food so much in Indonesia
