“Very pleasant stay, close to the center but quiet, 15 minutes walk from the Ubud Palace”
Kindness and helpfulness of our hosts, delicious breakfast served very punctually, pleasant room with storage cupboard, very comfortable bedding, nice terrace in front of the room, quiet location and close to everything on foot, very functional wifi. Great value for money!
The family has two houses located in the same neighborhood but 10 minutes walk from each other: Praety homestay 1 and Praety homestay 2. To our surprise, we were placed at Praety homestay 2 and we were the only tenants there which was a bit of a shame. The rooms, however, were all brand new. Each room has its own furnished terrace but there is no garden.

I am sad to leave this place. Very lovely Balinese hotel in the very center of Ubud. Near everywhere by walk. Very nice, cute, and helpful family run this hotel. Rooms are clean and look new. There aren’t any bugs or mosquitoes. My room was upstairs, a little bit difficult stairs there, but it is okay. I felt safe thanks to this family. Highly recommend.

“The best place in Ubud”
The family is incredibly affectionate, mom prepares the best breakfast in Bali. The place is beautiful, their house, with a Balinese garden, close to everything, you are next to the center walking, I was really happy in this place and I recommend it for you to get to know their beautiful culture. Seeing them every day, cleaning their garden, setting up their altars while listening to mantras, was truly inspiring. The room is perfect, comfortable bed, beautiful furniture, they clean every day and are attentive to anything you may need. The internet works well and in case of anything, you have the best cafes and restaurants on the same street. I hope to return and spend more time with you, a hug and thanks for all the attention, you are a beautiful family.

Quiet location compared to the street, the owners, kindness, and the view from the room in the well-kept courtyard
The room had small harmless insects, and the curtain rod was broken.
