Everyone has their own standards. I rely HEAVILY on customer reviews when traveling. I saw a few people that gave this property high remarks. Perhaps these people enjoy living in SQUALOR!!! I was there for less than 60 seconds and started contacting other Hotels for open Vacancies. I left--- I expressed my utter disgust and left as soon as I could! It looks as if I was shown a room where some sort of crime occurred. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. FILTHY Premises !!!!!!!

Most things about this property are really good for the price you pay. The pool area, restaurant for breakfast and reception area. However, the room was very tired and in need of some basic maintenance especially in the bathroom where there were loose tiles by the shower and very dirty sealant around the bath - these could be fixed pretty easily and cheaply but it hasn't been done yet despite many reviews saying something similar. If you want somewhere comfortable, safe and cheap this place is fine. If you want something spotlessly clean and modern look elsewhere.

Lovely tranquil surroundings. Staff were excellent and would highly recommend if you're on a budget and looking for somewhere in Kuta.
