Perfect for spending the night, eating on the terrace with a sunset, the rooms are air-conditioned, no hot water but not bothersome during hot periods. The bed was made every morning. Welcoming, smiling staff who respond to needs, thank you!

It's cheap. It's quiet and you sleep well. The bathroom is a horror movie. There is no water pressure at all and it has never been cleaned. It's the dirtiest thing I've ever seen in my life.

I have no complaints at all, for the cost to stay it was amazing, very well looked after, my room was very clean, the staff were excellent. The pool was clean and well maintained.

There was a pool and a lovely garden where you could relax as the beds were on the side. The room had a balcony, and since it was a cheap room, it didn't have a glass door. So, I opened the door wide to enjoy the best view. There was no kettle or hairdryer in the room, and there was only one body soap amenity. Bath towels were changed every other day. The bathroom had a quite old bathtub, and when I turned on the hot water, only a trickle came out. I had to fill the bathtub with hot water and wash everything inside. Since there was no towel for the bath mat, the toilet floor got wet. Overall, the room was a bit shabby, with gaps, cracked mirrors, and a few ants. The air conditioner worked well and made it cool. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The cover was clean, but the pillow smelled a bit. If you ask at the lobby, they will provide hot water in a water bottle. There was also a laundry service, and if you submit it today, it will be ready tomorrow for about 300 yen per kilo in a supermarket bag. They had four cute Pomeranians. There was a convenience store about a 5-minute walk away, and a supermarket a little further. I could buy souvenirs and food. Ubud Market was about a 15-minute walk away, so it was a convenient location. The staff were very kind. There were many restaurants nearby. The cafe across the street opened at 7 a.m., so I could have a delicious breakfast. It was more like a bungalow than a hotel. I would stay again if I wanted to save money. I wrote a lot hoping my experience would be helpful.
