Room was not as clean as a normal hotel room. I had to request to get the bathroom cleaned when we arrived. Breakfast buffet was good for a 3 star hotel, it could have better drink options.

The staff were amazing and the food was great. However, the entire hotel needs some serious updating. The rooms were musty and ill-maintained. They need to be better cleaned too.

Service is excellent. Staff at Evolution are all really good. Special mention to Lia and all in breakfast service. Reception staff also helpful and gives good advice on where to go.

I had a comfortable stay. It felt like any other big franchise. The staff was very friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but it didn't affect me much as I don't eat heavily in the morning. Oh!! Especially, Lara among the staff was really kind!! Thanks to her, I felt even warmer!! Thanks to her, I'm leaving well-rested!!
