The hotel is very strategic and I've arrived early before check-in time at 12 noon. After waiting 1 hour, the reception was able to accommodate the room. Thank you.
While I'm waiting for my room to be ready, I waited at the restaurant. At that time, it was busy with some group lunch, but I saw no staff around. Nobody welcomed me, and I sat at one of the tables near the cashier counter and guest lift. However, after 10 minutes, no one approached me, and I had to get the menu by myself. After 25 minutes, I had to stop one of the staff members who was about to go down and told him that I would like to order, then he tried to find someone to assist me :(
