Located near Tugu so it is quite near the city center. However, because we were staying during the Independence Holiday long weekend, it was pretty crowded and kind of noisy.
Nothing in particular, everything was great.

The location, the extensive breakfast, and the friendly staff.
Cleaning of the room could be more thorough at times. Also, replenishing towels and toilet paper promptly.

Strategic location... excellent
During check-in, it was delayed... only able to enter the room at 4 pm. During breakfast... had to wait as well... crowded
