“Sweet hotel complex with minor flaws”
Very friendly staff. Breakfast was completely sufficient to start the day. The facility is well maintained and beautifully designed.
Unfortunately, the bed was 1/10. Extremely noisy and soft. There is a large window in the connecting door from the room to the toilet, letting in light in the morning.

Villa Nero is a very nice hotel on Gili Trawangan, the rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay
This is really minor but the rooms would work even better with more cupboard space and shelves. The bathroom could do with better lighting

“To avoid if you want a true 4-star experience, price needs to be reconsidered.”
Close to the city center and the port without being disturbed by noise, very quiet hotel. The staff is friendly and available.
Breakfast a la carte without prior notice, with only 1 choice per person otherwise extra charge even for my latte! And really not good so better to eat outside. The pool is too small and at the hotel entrance. Poor value for money, it's not a 4-star hotel. Outdated furniture.
