Very positive across reviews — rooms and common areas reported as very clean; nightly room spraying and attentive housekeeping mentioned.
Excellent — staff repeatedly described as extremely friendly and helpful, resolved hot-water issues and assisted with room changes for guests.
Mixed — described as quiet and ideal for some, but others found it remote/in an unpleasant back area with little nearby.
Mixed — rooms are large with nice balconies, but property is somewhat dated; reports of hard beds and worn furniture/stains in places.
Limited — nice, clean pool and good sunbeds, but no bar and limited on-site food/drink service later in the day; few other facilities.
Not explicitly discussed in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating.
Generally positive breakfast made-to-order with tasty options (noodles, rice); some reviewers noted limited variety and absence of poolside cocktails/late food.
Overall recommendation: tranquil, very clean and with wonderful staff and pool; downsides are the dated feel and limited facilities.

For years, it’s been my favourite hotel in Bali. It’s so peaceful and quiet. Take a room with pool access, you love it. The rooms are spacious, with a comfortable bed. And, last but not least, special mention to the friendly staff.

The location is excellent, everything is close to you in Seminyak, restaurants, supermarkets, laundries.
Too many insects, bad breakfast, coffee is undrinkable, very old furniture.

Super staff, very very clean room.
Why did I have to pay a supplement when it's stated no supplement for 1 child?

Small cute little accommodation, quiet and relaxing. Staff friendly.
The bed was very hard. I spoke to reception and got a topper put on, ended up with 3 toppers and no real change in comfort so I requested to move. However, I ended up changing accommodation and I wasn't refunded or compensated for the nights I lost which was half of my stay.
