The price was cheap and close to the Diving Center! The room was also clean.
I initially requested a twin bed, but the request was not accommodated, and I was guided to a different room. However, they explained and changed it for me.

Beautiful pool setting in a good location at the quieter end of Sanur.

The young staff tried to assist us, not the manager. They mentioned the breakfast, the swimming pool, and the proximity to Sanur Beach.
There were roadworks and noise, dust everywhere, no car park despite being mentioned in the reservation. The manager was a bit rude to my partner, telling us to leave if we were not happy with the situation. I complained about the roadworks and lack of car park, but there was no goodwill gesture to compensate for all of this.
