The staff is very kind. I was on vacation with my mother, I had not specified a room with separate beds and on the ground floor. The next day I was moved to a room facing the rice fields. The pools are clean, the employees are very friendly and smiling. I loved my stay. The gardens are beautiful. You are well located in terms of restaurants and ATM

Proximity to shopping and entertainment
Check-in time of 3 pm. Plenty of hair found in the shower recess on check-in. Lack of pool towel availability at the rear pool. Used towels disappeared but were not replaced. Lots of tiles missing from the bottom of the pool at the rear of the complex. Being situated at the rear of the complex when we asked for rooms near the front which were available.
