The rooms were large and comfortable and hotel was in the heart of everything but still quiet and peaceful. The staff were amazing at the hotel and the restaurant. The breakfast that was included was great and a lot of choice.

“Central and beautiful hotel”
Precise, central, quiet. The facilities are beautiful. The restaurant is very good.
They sent me a driver to pick me up at the airport. As I had booked outside the hotel service, I thought the person writing to me was the one I had hired. To my surprise, when I arrived at the hotel, it turned out that the one who brought us was the hotel driver. We were very confused receiving messages from two Indonesian numbers at the same time, thinking they were the same company. Upon arriving at the hotel, he wanted to charge us 700,000 IDR for the service that we had already paid to the other company. In the end, the hotel sorted it out with the other driver and we didn't have to pay anything extra.
