Relaxing environment, nice bar with delicious pizza, friendly staff, feeling of your own little house because you have your own entrance and terrace
Bathroom not very clean, uninviting light

The staff was amazing. Breakfast was also super good, diverse with different choices every day (Indonesian style breakfast). They offer the option to have dinner, which was also very tasty (separate expense). The pool was super nice, and the whole property was very well maintained.
We chose the cheaper room, so it was obviously not the best room ever. The air conditioning sometimes has some minor issues. Also, it's just impossible to sleep past 6:30/7:00. Everyone is quite loud outside (breakfast starts at 7 am), and the curtains also let all the light through.

The staff was super friendly and approachable, always with a smile on their face. The facilities are very nice and the breakfast is good. Air conditioning and hot water for the shower are available.
The room cleaning was a bit lacking, the walls were dirty and it didn't smell clean. The exterior seemed cleaner, we didn't get to try the pool.
