“Excellent”
I stayed for 3 days here. Non-smoking room with my friend. Room facilities are good and complete. Breakfast was also amazing, delicious, and had a good atmosphere. Not crowded, so not noisy. The facilities are very good. The service is also good. So don't worry if you stay here.

“Poor management”
I, on behalf of my husband, would like to rate our stay as 1 or poor. Your management's actions during quarantine led to my husband and my 8.5-year-old son being separated for 14 days. You strictly refused to allow him to take a new sample for a PCR test, even though it was valid according to current regulations. Additionally, your team threatened my husband that if he did not agree to be isolated at Harriston Hotel and preferred to stay at 'Wisma Atlet,' he would be deported after 14 days of isolation. I have already reported this to the 'Satgas' team, and they stated that your team's statements were against the law. I will ensure that this issue is publicized on social media so that the government can investigate your hotel and Harriston as well. You, Shangri-La, and Harriston have taken advantage of other people in a very bad way.
