The location is quite far from Malioboro if we go on foot, but it might be a good distance for jogging. The hotel provides all basic needs, including simple tea and coffee making facilities. The water supply in the room is very good, and the pressure is also well maintained.

The room is spacious and impressively quiet despite the busy road in front and activities around the hotel. It is indeed affordable and not too far from the city center (Malioboro Street, etc.). However, the toilet and sink need more attention. I had to clean them myself before using. There are termites present.

I had a comfortable sleep in this hotel. Excellent service, especially from the room cleaners. Affordable price and, most importantly, it's smoke-free, which I greatly appreciate. However, the bed was quite dirty with stains all over the bedsheet and blanket. I also had doubts about the cleanliness of the towels. Furthermore, the wall at the makeup table was dirty and stained the chair as well. I had no idea what it was. Lastly, I found a sign of termites eating the wood of the main door. I hope the management considers setting up a ventilator in the toilet to remove pests.

Initially, we were given very bad rooms. The toilet was bad, and the air conditioning did not work. After complaining to the staff, we were moved to a decent room. We were very disappointed; it did not even meet the standards of a 2-star hotel.
