Very welcoming, modern and clean structure. We stayed here on the first and last night of our on-the-road trip as a pre and post airport support for Bali. The staff was very welcoming, they kept my luggage in storage which I picked up on the last day (I was traveling with just a backpack). The room was very spacious, clean and modern with everything you need. The staff was really helpful and kind. Absolutely recommend.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff is very friendly.
The location is not the best. Also, when we arrived they told us they had given us a superior room at no extra cost (without us asking). In that room, the air conditioning was leaking water onto the floor, but we mentioned it at reception and they changed our room. In this last room, the air conditioning did not leak water but it did not correspond to a superior room as they had told us. The breakfast is more Asian than Western.
