We loved the entire complex, spacious room, lovely infinity pool. The politeness and kindness of the staff.
Room 820 is close to the padel court. Until 9:30 pm there is noise, it feels like being inside. Also, there is loud music late. Probably a hotel complex or a lively bar.

The pool villa was awesome, but quite a walk from the lobby. Our pool was too cold to swim in as it didn’t get any direct sun, so probably wouldn’t book that room again. Facilities were great. We enjoyed the morning yoga and morning walk activity provided, as well as the BBQ dinner night with traditional dancing. Bed was really comfy. The location was more residential and away from central Ubud, which was great, but the traffic to get into town was insane.
We didn’t have any hot water for about 1.5 days and there was no shower gel in the bathroom, though the other toiletries provided were lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at Sankara Resort. A magnificent hotel, in a superb setting. The staff is simply perfect: smiling, welcoming, available, and attentive throughout the stay. Our suite was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and perfectly maintained. A real pleasure to return to the room after a day of exploring Bali. Special mention also to the restaurant, where we ate very well: excellent cuisine and impeccable service. A big thank you to the entire team at Sankara Resort for this exceptional stay. We recommend this hotel with closed eyes and will return with great pleasure! ❤️🌴

The whole experience of the hotel itself was very good. Also, the staff was super friendly. If I had any requests, they were always willing to help.
