Credit Card & Authorization:
Non-refundable rate plans requiring credit card prepayment are charged shortly after the booking is confirmed. For security purposes, the credit card used at the time of booking must match the name of the registered guest and be presented upon check-in. If the cardholder is not among the checking-in guests, a Credit Card Authorization Form will be required before the booking is confirmed.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of IDR 500,000 per room per night is held from the guest's credit card upon check-in, capped at IDR 2,000,000 per room for the duration of the stay. This deposit covers incidental charges billed to the room during the stay. Upon check-out, incidental charges may be settled by any accepted payment method, after which the security deposit is instructed to be released. Actual release times vary depending solely on the guest's credit card issuer.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. “The hotel has everything for relaxation. I recommend. We were very satisfied”
The territory, the staff is excellent! There is everything to not leave the hotel, relax, there are water attractions on the beach. Since the beach was dirty due to algae, we went snorkeling just 5 minutes away from the hotel. Every evening there is a NEW PROGRAM AND DINNER, fire show, kechak dance. If you decide to go to Bali Collection by shuttle - I recommend. It is provided free of charge from the hotel at certain hours. Excellent SPA! The hotel's price/quality ratio is excellent and the staff tries hard for the client.
There is a lack of fish for breakfast, it was only once a week, overall everything is great. Everything is very fast and delicious, there is a soup station, the chef prepares amazing eggs. And I would advise to clean better.
