Multiple comments note rooms as clean and spacious; one isolated report of a mild mould smell in a room but overall cleanliness is consistently praised.
Staff repeatedly described as exceptional, very friendly and helpful across many reviews; service is a standout strength.
Numerous reviews call the location excellent/central and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants; location is consistently highly rated.
Beds described as super comfy, rooms spacious with modern touches (Netflix mentioned); overall room comfort and quality are strong.
Pool is a recurring negative (often described as very cold and lacking sunshine access); limited sun at pool and no gym noted reduce the amenities score.
Several guests explicitly state the hotel is good value for money and praised pricing relative to offerings.
Restaurant/Romeo's food receives strong praise (described as spectacular and fantastic); dining is a clear positive.
Overall stays are very positive with many guests saying they'd return, driven by staff, location and rooms; however the persistent issue with the cold/no-sun pool lowers the overall experience slightly.

Property is a good value for money, due to pool rooms people are integrating
Loud during night due to life music, but room was very quiet . Laundry service per piece, too expensive offer

Lovely hotel, close to the beach, can also be located by the pool, but the hotel area is very lively. Modern, clean rooms. Polite staff. Delicious breakfasts, according to the menu.
I love quieter places.
