The bathroom has a rather unpleasant smell and rusty metal items.
The staff was very helpful and presentable, always responding to inquiries with a smile.
Convenient location close to Udayana University and other amenities.
Basic room quality, simple, yet affordable.
Limited amenities, with some services like the kitchen being unavailable during the stay.
Affordably priced, suitable for budget travelers.
The kitchen was closed for most of the stay, relying on external food options.
A mixed experience, with good service but some disappointments in cleanliness and amenities.

The hotel was close to the area i needed to be.
The reception was a cold greeting, no staff to help with luggage, the lift wasn't working, the bedding and bathroom was terrible. The bed sheets where just about grey instead of white, the pillow inside the pillow case was brown and smelly, we booked for two nights but could only stay one night and go somewhere else.
