Location and staff
Bed linen and pillow covers all look dirty, it supposed to be white but it’s turning into brown 😏 And the room soundproofing is very bad, you can hear all what’s happening in the other room, every small sound 😩… I don’t think the hotel will fix this issue,,,

The staff were wonderful - so helpful and kind. But there was so much lacking in the entire hotel.
The hotel rooms need attention. They are very dated and look dirty. The towels are frayed at the edges, the kettle in our room had a broken lid!! These are not good impressions.
