“Very average hotel, but great staff”
The staff are very friendly and helpful
The room is very old, I wish they do some renovation to update the room, including the carpet and lighting which most of them isn't working. The bathroom curtain and shower are dirty and mouldy. Plenty of space to store the luggage However I am not sure, will return in the future until the update the rooms.

The breakfast is good, always changing and freshly prepared, the restaurants are also good with many menus, the staff is always helpful. For families with children, there are many activities to do.

Breakfast is okay, can always be better. Mostly Muslim customers. The pool is large. Mini zoo, fitness center available with guidance. Some staff are not customer service oriented.
Downstairs where the reception, Chinese restaurant, restrooms, meeting room, dining room, and a separate room for special guests are located, they look good. But to say it's a 5-star hotel is too much. When we arrived, we got the last room, reasonably clean but the walls were dirty, especially the air conditioning could hardly be adjusted and made a lot of noise. The air conditioning filter needs to be cleaned. I wonder what the other rooms look like.
