Well located
Reception is at an elevation and not at ground level. No elevator available at road level, need to use the stairs, however there is an option to go to the basement and take the elevator. We had issues with a malfunctioning safe, bathroom door lock and shower unit in the room we upgraded to, however these were fixed by housekeeping. Management should consider increased overhaul and maintenance.
