Impiana Villas was a peaceful, quiet haven in the busyness of Bali. The Villas, were beautiful, well maintained, kind, friendly, caring staff. Nothing was a problem; nothing was too hard. Having a gorgeous private big pool all too ourselves was bliss.
Nothing... we loved everything, our second visit there and we will be sure to return many times in the future.

I liked the privacy of the villas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good communication from the staff.
The rooms did not have enough storage. One of the rooms shower was not draining properly. The fridge was leaking. To get to the villa is a long drive from reception and you go through some dodgy streets.
