Generally described as clean and well maintained; rooms cleaned daily and the property praised for overall cleanliness, though mosquito presence (not a cleanliness issue) was frequently reported.
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and attentive (assisted with SIM card, attentive pool service); one review noted the staff could feel 'performatively' overly sweet and might benefit from minor training.
Strong positive sentiment: beachfront location with black sand beach, clear water, direct beach access and peaceful surroundings ideal for snorkeling/diving and relaxation.
Rooms described as spacious and comfortable and often cleaned, but some guests noted outdated accommodation, inconsistent terrace furniture and limited bathroom privacy due to glass doors.
Pools and pool/sea access highly praised (large/wonderful pools, great for lounging); overall facilities considered good for relaxation and water activities.
Mixed: several reviewers said the hotel is acceptable for the price or 'correct for the price', but others felt it was only ideal for short stays (1–2 nights) rather than a full holiday, lowering perceived value.
Restaurant by the sea received positive mentions, but dining is described as 'hotel-style' rather than a full restaurant; breakfast was called underwhelming and limited in variety.
Overall a positive and peaceful stay with idyllic seaside atmosphere, great pools and friendly staff; however, issues like mosquitoes, some outdated rooms and limited breakfast reduce the overall score slightly.

Very nice hotel. With good services. The staff is very friendly. The pool is clean and beautiful. Excellent location in front of the sea and close to snorkeling spots. The room is large and the bed very comfortable. We would definitely come back. Breakfast was buffet style and all very delicious.
