Upon arrival, it turned out the Hotel was closed due to renovation. They had not informed us about it. We were standing in front of the hotel in the evening with 12 people without accommodation. Naturally, there was panic. We cannot provide any review as we did not stay there. Terrible experience

The swimming pool was not clear. Not serviced with chemicals 😞

Staff were so nice! Breakfast was tasty. It's close to the main Kuta (15min walk). Convenience store right across the road. Bed was comfy
Our door wouldn't close properly (when leaving the room). And was sticking when opening (from outside), problem with the handle. Our safe was also locked (they didn't know the password) and we were given the emergency key to use. Restaurant main menu didn't have a lot of vegetarian options. Was there during the rainy season and it rained a lot, but staff were always cheery
