Used Superior room. The staff were polite, the facilities were old but the shower and air conditioning were fine. There is a refrigerator and a kettle, which is convenient. You can hear noise from the hallway, but it's within an acceptable range as other hotels are similar. Two bottles of water provided daily. Breakfast on the 5th-floor rooftop is relaxing and comfortable, the taste is decent, and the price is fair. You can have as much coffee, tea, and juice as you like. However, this time the room did not receive sunlight, and it was the type of room where you have to keep the curtains closed and lights on all day, which was depressing. It doesn't feel quite like a 4-star, maybe more like a 3-star? There is no place to hang wet items from the sea, so you have to rely on laundry service. Next time, I will consider a slightly higher-priced room or a different place.

“Great Stay at Kuta Beach Hotel!”
I had a really enjoyable stay at Kuta Beach Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring Bali. One of the highlights is the rooftop view. A lovely spot to enjoy the atmosphere and take in the surroundings, especially around sunset. The hotel’s strategic location is also a big plus. It’s conveniently located with easy access to Kuta Beach, making it perfect for guests who want to enjoy the beach, shopping, dining, and the lively Kuta area without traveling far. The food and beverages were another pleasant surprise. Everything we tried was tasty, with good flavors and enjoyable presentation. Definitely a place I’d be happy to visit again!

“Highly recommend.”
We got upgraded as soon as we arrived because we had two separate bookings. The hotel's location is a minute's walk to the beach, surfing, and restaurants. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The restaurant is on the top floor and also has a swimming pool, which we used all the time.
We had some difficulty with the swipe cards to the room, but that got fixed (battery problem) - other than that, it was a great stay, great room and location.
