Fine spacious hotel outside Ubud. With a Grab, you are often 40 minutes away from the center (due to traffic) but we didn't mind that much. They also have a shuttle service at certain times. Large and nice pool and friendly staff. The room was very spacious and clean, very pleasant. Beautiful bathroom with a lovely shower and a nice bathtub. We enjoyed our stay here with our children!
Some things need replacing, like a rusty shower head. We didn't find the dining area very cozy.

Breakfast: great. A la carte with 2 choices + a fixed set of breakfast items. But good quality and freshness. Room: good bed and pillows, nice design, good size - balcony or stoop with chairs (for ground floor rooms) Pool: very nice, clean and green The whole resort is lush and green and well-kept Hotel staff all very friendly.
* One day there was suddenly a group of guests with 10 kids plus several adults who hogged the pool - very noisy, diving screaming, splashing and causing a ruckus - for hours. I complained to the pool staff and the manager, but nobody managed to make these people stay quiet. It was very annoying and spoiled my whole afternoon which I had planned to spend reading and with a glass of wine. Instead of making these people leave, I was suggested to move to the neighboring resort where there was an adult-only pool. But my question was - why should I move when I'm not the problem? * the bathroom wasn't renovated. The shower glass had not been cleaned for years (heavy water residue) and the bathroom furniture was visibly outdated * hotel manager had 0 problem-solving and communications capacity.
