Generally described as very clean and well-maintained (rooms, garden, pool), but at least one guest reported ants in the bed/bedside which lowered perceived cleanliness.
Multiple reviews praise friendly, helpful staff and named employees (Stefani, Yoga, Dikka, David); staff assisted with scooter rental and excursions. Minor service lapses noted (invoices not emailed, ant problem not fully resolved).
Consistently praised: quiet setting, very close to the beach, near restaurants, great for sunsets — described as a paradise-like, convenient and peaceful location.
Rooms described as comfortable, clean and spacious with kitchenette and refrigerator, but some mentions of needed renovation in bathrooms/WC and issues like low shower pressure and occasional ant sightings.
Strong amenities: attractive garden, lovely pool, on-site restaurant (beachside sunset dining), yoga and excursion support; overall amenities are a highlight of the property.
Several guests explicitly state an excellent price-quality ratio; overall perceived as good value for what is offered.
Restaurant receives positive mentions (excellent restaurant, beachside dining for sunset); no major food complaints recorded.
Many guests described a very enjoyable, tranquil stay and would return; however recurring minor negatives (ants, some maintenance needs, occasional noise and unresolved admin issues) prevented a perfect overall score.

Very accommodating staff, beautiful view of rice fields, great pool area
Night was rather short and loud (morning wake-up from 4:30, loud animal noises from the attic).

The villa is large, beautiful and right by the beach. We had dinner at the beach restaurant and everything was excellent. The staff is super attentive.
