There was nothing wrong, however, it would be an improvement if restaurant service were also provided at the pool. It is possible, but you have to walk to the bar yourself... what are we talking about.

“A wonderful end to our stay in Bali”
Well we traveled here from Seminyak and finished our stay in Bali, we booked 3 nights in two rooms in the main hotel as there are lovely villas set in the grounds, one room with a cot, the rooms were very big and spotless clean, a lovely modern bathroom, gowns and slippers, fresh bottled water was delivered to us regularly, the balconies are closed in because of the monkeys who came down around 4 pm every day, be aware and don't leave anything around, my bag was on a sun lounger and a rather large monkey went down my bag and stole my packet of teabags as they love a shiny item, funny at the time but could have been the whole bag or my purse, staff dealt with it instantly, hotel grounds are lovely, I walked down to the far end where there was a stream, it's a very peaceful hotel considering it's bang in the center of Monkey forest road so an excellent location, everything is on your doorstep, restaurants, shops bars etc, an extra bonus was the afternoon snacks/tea laid out in the restaurant from 3-7 pm, this was ideal after a day out as we could order a drink and snack till dinner time, breakfast was so varied and had an egg station set up with specials each day. Staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us, smiles on their faces and made us feel special guests at all times. I couldn't find any negatives and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we return to Bali.
